The companies ELITT SAS and PayCert SAS, both subsidiaries of CB Investissements, merged into the company ELITT SAS on January 1, 2024.
Since this merger, the historical activities of the two entities, both specialized in secure electronic transactions in payment, transport ticketing and identity, have been carried out in two independent Business Units, the ELITT Testing BU, the ELITT test laboratory , and the PayCert Certification BU, the PayCert certification body.
Each entity retains its commercial brand and its usual contacts within its BU.
The PayCert certification body remains in its premises located in Paris.
COFRAC, for its part, transferred the accreditation of PayCert to the entity ELITT SAS under number 5-0673 , according to the ISO/17065 standard for the certification of microprocessor-based objects and terminals and of e-commerce solutions.
